Any member coming into Ft Henry from a new association must bring copy of Child's Birth Certificate & Release Form from previous association. For any new player (never played), parent or guardian must bring copy of Child's Birth Certificate.  To all team officials, parents and families, Fort Henry has entered into a fabulous and unique fundraising arrangement with Kingston 1000 Islands Cruises. For every cruise ticket sold over a special web page, Fort Henry Minor Hockey will receive $10.
This generous arrangement is a win win for all. KTIC is offering special discounts to our association as well as the $10 per ticket donation. Foranyone with a special occasion to celebrate or with friends and/orrelatives visiting this summer, the cruises are an entertaining option. Getting the tickets is done online - it's easy and automated. For instance if a group of 10 friends and family celebrating a significant birthday or anniversary took a Dinner Cruise, they would received a $100 off the regular ticket price and $100 would be donated to the our association. KTIC is located downtown, and offers sightseeing, lunch and dinner cruises of Kingston and the 1000 Islands area.
